What to Expect when Booking Your First Session

2. SCHEDULE YOUR SESSION

When we connect, I will ask you for some general background information, including why you’re seeking services and whether you’d like to use insurance. Next, we'll decide whether you will meet me in-person or online. I'll verify your insurance and offer some potential days/times that work for both us to meet.

3. BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Once your first appointment has been scheduled, you’ll receive an email that includes a link to my confidential portal. Log in and complete the requested forms before you arrive for your session.

4. YOUR FIRST SESSION

Your first therapy session will be used to gather information about you and your mental health history. I'll ask questions about your reasons for coming to therapy so I can learn how to best help you on your journey.

4. COURSE OF TREATMENT

During your initial session(s) we will work together to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that aligns with your goals for personal growth. Arrangements for follow up sessions can be made at that time.
